Dimora Le Torri was born around another rare Florentine residence: a penthouse set within a historic palazzo, set on top of ancient roman foundations, in the heart of old Florence, directly facing the Casa di Dante and surrounded by some of the city’s most powerful symbols — the Torre di Arnolfo of Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello, and the medieval towers that still define this part of the city.

This is one of the most evocative corners of Florence. Here, the history of the city is not abstract: it is visible from the windows. Dante Alighieri’s world, the civic power of the Signoria, the stone presence of the Bargello, and the dense fabric of medieval Florence all meet within a few steps.

The palazzo has been in the family for more than thirty years. Over time, it became clear that the residence had something rare: height, light, silence above the city, and direct views over the towers and rooftops of Florence.
